What basically clicked in your mind? What made
you think that we need to start up a new NGO like “light house” ?
Basically, I wanted to help people from the start. I was on
vacations and I wanted to do something important that I can remember in my life
and then I came up with this NGO.
-
Who was the one who proposed it ?Me, Rida, my friend Umme-saleet and my sister Manahil.

-
What things you people basically do? I found
very interesting pics of the volunteers who want to make young children seek
education.
Right now we’ve started so nothing much yet. We’re working
with Safinas’ childrens’ home. We visit them the children on weekend, spend
time and make them teach.
-
I found those brownies amazing. Haha. Are you
people also into providing baked items and then give them to the needy people
under charity?
We bought books and small toys. We bake cakes and we sell
them in different universities and the money we get, we then forward it to
charity houses. Currently Safinas.
-
What do you people do besides handling this NGO?
Age group?
The age group is from 15-22. We all are students.
-
Can others participate in it? Whats the
procedure?
People can message us on our facebook page that is
Lighthouse and we can then make them join us in different events.
-
How confident are you about this NGO? What do
you see in the future two years about it?
Two years is a long time. Inshallah we’ll accomplish a lot
in the future and I have a strong feeling.
-
Would you love to work with other NGO companies
for a good social cause at some events?
Yeah. That would be totally awesome.

CHARITY ? you can donate money. How?

person in our group who manages funding and stuff like that.
