us about yourself? What you do, your education?
DJ Shahpara: I have done my post graduate degree
in Fine Arts. At the moment I am working as a Radio Broad Caster at Samaa Fm
along with it I am also teaching History of film making as Lecturer at film and
television department NCA (National college of Arts- Lahore) and Beacon House
National University. In addition to this I have also worked as
Producer/Director in PTV and Wikkid plus channels for producing kids program. Regularly
attended Working women in Media seminars as guests or one of the panelist.

DJ Shahpara:It’s been more than 10 years since I
have joined media.

inspired you to take up the job of a radio jockey?
DJ Shahpara:Loved the simplicity of this medium
along with strong connectivity.

is your inspiration in this field?
DJ Shahpara:Any one and every one who’s doing a
good job in Media.
How
would you define the responsibilities of a radio jockey?
DJ Shahpara:A Radio Jockey’s most important
responsibility is to Pass accurate information to the listeners while remaining
unbiased about the topic in discussion.

versa in the future?
DJ Shahpara:All of the above social media tools has just
taken Radio on to another level of connectivity where we have to now not only
talk to guests in an given are, city or country but all over the world where
your voice can be heard through internet Radio, which makes our list of guest
and options unlimited.
How
do you update yourself to carry out your day-to-day job?
DJ Shahpara:I am a multi task technology freak
and that’s what makes it all easy .

best friend in life?
DJ Shahpara:Hmmm, None Yet, making a best friend
requires a lot of responsibility with respect which is hard to find.

things u never forget to take with u while going out?
DJ Shahpara:I think there’s No such thing.. It’s
just I me and myself , which is more than enough.

DJ Shahpara:Travelling, Making films and
