Kashan: software
engineer by profession and actor by birth :P
Hammad: Software Engineer and like to make short films as a
hobby to increase our creativity . We met in our university and start making
videos.

Kashan: around 4 years

ISLOTIMES: What was the response when you first make your Short film?
Kashan: it was awesome because at that time there were no
idiots who were make short films over facebook.
Hammad: Response was good and it became massive by the
passage of time so now we have more than 165 K fans on our Facebook Page. :P

ISLOTIMES: What’s your short films about?
Kashan: Mostly we make funny videos with a good message in
it . we also have some serious ones too.
Hammad: Short, Funny with a social message in it.
Faisal:
ISLOTIMES: What are the targeting audience for your short films?
Kashan: Mostly the youth from 13 to 25 years old guys.
Hammad: I want to target each n everyone :P
Faisal:
ISLOTIMES: What do you think how challenging it is to make a short
film?
Kashan: It is a challenging task because we have set a mark
with our videos and each time we have to make big hit + good stuff as
compare to previous one
Hammad: It’s a challenge to engage the viewer for 10 to 12
mins on a social website like Facebook. :D

ISLOTIMES: You’ve done a parody of “Inam Ghar” what was the response?
Kashan: 29,412 Shares
, 24,827 Likes and 5,841 comments and counting
Hammad: We have made 3 parodies of Aamir Liaquat which gave
us BOOM.
Faisal:
ISLOTIMES: What comes in your mind while making that parody :p?
Kashan: Ofcourse THE AAMIR BHAI

ISLOTIMES: What do you think of Pakistan’s short film making industry?
Kashan: Pakistan has a lot of talent but need a proper
platform to kick up their ideas.
Hammad: Of Course people are making short films in Pakistan
but most of the guys don’t get the better platform to show their work to the general audience.
Faisal:
ISLOTIMES: Who are the inspiration of yours in this field?
Kashan: We watch movies and every single scene of the movie is
our INSPIRATION.
Hammad: Stanley Kubrick, Martin Scorsese.
Faisal:

Kashan: Story , Acting Direction.
Hammad: Characters and story.

especially short film making?
Kashan: start making funny short films because when you know
how to make laugh people you can do everything.
Hammad: Start up with 2 to 3 mins short films and when u
gather the audience spread out your thoughts .

making it?
Kashan: well there are so many like Puppa series, Aamir
liaquat parody and Ao bank lotain
Hammad: Puppa Series all 14 Parts..

ISLOTIMES: Comedy is something a very difficult art especially when we
are considering our own Country which is full of depression, anger etc. what do
you think?
Kashan: Yes ofcourse, and if you are spreading smiles over
faces I think you are doing the best job.
Hammad: Who said our country is full of depression and anger
?? I think you haven’t seen the other
side ;)
