ISLOTIMES: Please give us your complete bio, where you from
and how you started in this field?
Sheeba khan: I have been around the world and
back. I was raised in Africa and Middle East, spent a few years in Pakistan,
Europe and USA. Finally I chose London to settle down, because I am in love
with this beautiful city.
I had a passion for singing from
my childhood and really developed when I grew up listening to Lata ji, Asha ji
and Nazia Hassan. Obviously, I am in this field because of love for the music.

ISLOTIMES: When did you discover your creative
talent?
Sheeba khan: At a very young age.
ISLOTIMES: how challenging is singing for your?
Sheeba khan: It is not challenging at all. I put
my heart and soul into what I do best and that is singing.
ISLOTIMES: who composed your songs?
Sheeba khan: My first song “Aey Kaash” was
composed by the great Waqar Ali. The next one “Hum Kabhi” was composed by a
young talent Asif Hasan from US. I would like to mention the extra-ordinary
talented musician Ali Mustafa here, who has done brilliant work with music for
my upcoming album. “Hum Kabhi” is the first single from that album J
ISLOTIMES: what was the response when you launch
your first song?
Sheeba khan: I had a great response
Alhamdulillah. I received many positive messages from fans all around the
world.
ISLOTIMES: Do you have any role model in singing?
Sheeba khan: Yes I do. Lata ji, Asha ji, Runa
Laila ji, Late Nazia Hassan, Sonu Nigam and Alisha are the few names that I
would like to mention…
ISLOTIMES: what are your future projects?
Sheeba khan: I have an upcoming album and a few
more music videos coming soon Inshallah.

Sheeba khan: Passion
ISLOTIMES: What do you think about the current
situation of Pakistani Pop Industry?
Sheeba khan: We have the best Pop artists in
South-east Asia. But sadly there are no record labels and no copy rights, so
artists struggle to breakthrough.

Sheeba khan: Music and family
