Tell us a bit about yourself? Well, I first sang at this Karaoke Competition in Disney Land, Florida. I won too! This was the first push I got. Then I started getting into choirs and sang national songs and anthem. And now, I'm here haha. Singing along with big singers. Honestly, I never knew I'll make it this far. I thank Allah for this.
Study background? Lol... you'd be lost reading this. I've done my high school from Chicago. I had to move back to Pakistan because my parents wanted me to. I got into Bahria University Islamabad and started my BBA. Then I had to shift to Lahore and continued my Bachelors from Kinnaird College and AGAIN I'm moving back to States.

What are your songs about? Well, my songs are happy go lucky. I want it to be all about friends. I hope I don't get to make a love song.
Who inspired you to become a singer? I'm not inspired by anyone actually. I'm just doing it for fun.

That one artist you would love to work with? Oh. This makes me sad. If Nazia Hassan was alive, oh I'd love to work with her. Honestly, no one can beat her, still.
Define music/singing in your own words? Music can't be described in words. It just refills your energy.
Is there any message you consistently try to portray in your music? I am a person who likes to make people dance. So yeah. I want my audience to have fun and relax. Think about their friends and family.
If you got a record deal at this second, would you accept it? It depends on my priorities. If I got a deal right now, I'd manage it. So its a yes.
Would you prefer performing solo or with band? I prefer working with my sister. We have this ignite together. So, its a band for now.

Views about Pakistani music industry? I think the industry is pretty ahead of the game, though they need to improvise more. Promote young talent rather than the old ones.
Which Pakistani female vocalist would you like to collaborate with? Nazia Hassan for sure! Nobody else.
Which Pakistani male vocalist would you like to collaborate with? I've collaborated with Ali Zafar, Taimur Shahid Malik, Farhan Saeed and Mustafa Zahid already. My next choice would be someone who comes up with an innovative idea.
How much role does the sound editing software’s play in a final ready to listen song? I haven't seen it yet. I've been in with the backing vocals, so sound editing isn't used much there. Though, I'm guessing it takes a lot of effort and time to get the final song ready.
